Other FBLA Activites:

The Business Achievement Awards program is a competitive and self-directed program that focuses on business knowledge and leadership. There are four steps involved in this program; each step becoming increasingly more challanging. Students receive beautiful lapel pins, (see picture at right), after completing each award level. These pins are distributed at the state and national leadership conference to deserving students. It is quite an honor to recieve the last award, which is the America award.

Leadership Opportunities in FBLA include competitive event training, presentation experience, speech writing, organizing comunity service events, and becoming an FBLA local, regional, state, and national officer. These activities help to improve a FBLA member's leadership abilities and skills for future careers and educational endeavors.

disneyTravel Experiences include traveling to other high schools for competitive event conferences and traveling all over the United States for the FBLA State and National Leadership Conferences. Two of the venues for the FBLA National Leadership Conferences have been Nashville, Tennessee, and Walt Disney World in Florida, (see picture at right)!

Career Exploration--FBLA students get exceptional training in career exploration. Guest speakers from many different career areas and field trips to businesses and technical colleges are frequently used in FBLA to teach students about different career areas.
